This Easy Container Stacker makes loading sack into container easy. The Machine is attached to a forklift with quick release system and used to transport the sacks with dried fish heads and bones directly into the container. The sacks are loaded into the Easy Container loader in the same order.
The Easy Container loader is wider than the container and has one side makable and press the sacks together and and the wideness of the Easy Container loader is smaller than the inside of the container. When the truck is already inside the container a hydraulic cylinder press out the sacks where they should be loaded in the container. By using this method it is possible to put 10-15% more into container than by loading manually.
The Easy Container Stacker is connected to the trucks hydraulic system and run by the controls in the truck.
