Glazing Machine
The Glazing Machine is a modular conveyor type wide 616mm with water dip and spray bar. Individually flash frozen product travels through water pit under spray bar nozzles. Water is circulated through UV-Light for sterilisation.
Channel Grader
The channel grader is capable of grading any fish at high quantity with precision and gentle handling of the product. extremely adaptable and easy to adjust.
Shell Cleaner and Conditioner
for cleaning shells and conditioning scallops before shucking.
Larger Shucking Machine
The larger scallop shucking machine can handle 4-5 tons per hour.
Smaller Scallop Shucking Machine

for separating scallop from shells after the shucking machine.

Separates debris from the insides via salt water submersion, caused by difference in natural buoyancy.
