Defrosting Tank

Defrosting Tank System for frozen fish blocks, frozen fish heads, shrimp and other species. The defrosting tank system is made with Stainless steel and quality plastic material. On the side of the defrosting tank is a heating element and powerful circulating pump. When you start thawing you put the frozen fish block or IQF frozen fish into the tank with water, then the circulating pump will keep the frozen fish from sticking together and when the fish is thawed the elevator, elevates the fish to the conveyor.
